Gordon,

Can we please have a petition on the website to get the Shakers back wearing our traditional royal blue socks? We had them on at Lincoln City and then we were back wearing white against Swansea.

Royal Blue Socks. You know it makes sense.....

Blue socks rule, and don't you forget it! Whenever Bury have had a successful season, the team has had blue socks; the back-to-back promotion winning teams wore royal blue ones, as did the promotion-winning sides in 1985 and 1974. White socks remind me of the failed play-off attempts in the late 80s/early 90s, and of our most recent relegation. And they look a bit poncey.

No I just think he's got really legs and you should NEVER wear white if your thin, makes you look scrawny.

Not that he's scrawny, he's just got thin legs...............(desperately trying not to be mean,,,,,,,,,,he's got lovely legs )

well my vote is for pink socks.
With any luck, the opposition defenses will be laughing that much at them we may be 2-0 up before they know whats hit them.

Does it matter what colour the socks are if we win the matches. The only thing that matters is if they are wearing a Bury shirt.
