Bury Football Club became one of the first Football league clubs to introduce a half-time GOLDEN GAMBLE draw when they introduced it back on 4th January 1994. The Shakers were playing Preston North End that day in a Third Division game but the draw still realised a prize of £408.

Five years later and the GOLDEN GAMBLE has now become an institution at Gigg Lane and regularly pays out prizes of £700- £800. In addition, recent seasons have seen the introduction of second and third prizes, with A MEAL FOR TWO AT CHIQUITOS Mexican restaurant and an AUTOGRAPHED BALL.

We thank our supporters for making the Golden Gamble the success that it is. Please keep supporting the draw - as it helps us to continue the re-development programme at Gigg Lane.
