Following on from saturdays match with Rochdale the fans team played Kidderminster yesterday morning at Redvales.
This time we had 22 players turn up to play.
Rather than make changes every 5 minutes we decided to play 2 completely different teams in each half.
As a penalty for giving away the 2 pens against Rochdale I decided to ref the 1st half.
We soon went into the lead with a great goal by Tom.
Despite once again playing some great football and creating chances galore Kidderminster equalise in the last minute of the 1st half.
Team 2 now took the field things were more even.
Greg who was now the ref missed a clear push by our player but the ball came out to Bez who scored with a fantastic overhead kick that even had the Kidderminster players and spectators clapping.
End to end now but Kidderminster eventually go 4 v 2 ahead, another great goal by Stuart, even more pressure by Bury but the final whistle goes and once again incredibly we haven't won a match dominated by us.
Thanks once again to everyone who turned up and especially to Dave for washing the kits and collecting the subs and Jimmy for picking the teams.
John.

1st half I thought we defended excellantly! (I know I was centre half!)

Everyone just went to sleep for 1 second and they bagged a very undeserved equaliser! But we really should have bin 4/5 goals up!

Actually, I'm not sure he missed the push

Yeah but how could I not give a goal as good as that?

There were other quotes from the resulting altercation with their Number 7 too but I couldn't possibly repeat them on here :D
