Hi all,
For us to carry on in the new season we need to be thinking of the following things.
Pitch - either Lower Gigg of Manny road / Redvales - I will sort out.
Kit - We have one donated by Bury FC - we may need an away one.
Nets
Corner flags
Match ball (s)
Practise ball (s)
Until we get our own we can use my Junior sides nets and flags but ideally we could do with our own.
Any ideas please.

What are you thinking of in terms of player subs/membership fees? Do players cough up say £2 per match or anything like that? It's not much but it's the start of a fund (I'd be prepared to pay something).

Unless you can beg, steal or borrow, I still come back to the fact that you insisted on every player being an FB member, and FB should help fund the team. Are FB dead against any kind of financial support?

What are the club doing with all the spare black and dark blue away kits from the last two seasons? Any chance of a donation there? (I've PM'd Gordon to ask the same question). Buying kits would seem an expensive option, it cost Grewer9 about £255 for his U9 team kits

i thought them u9s kits were very expensive seeing tho the size of them and that it is mini-soccer so you dont' have as many players. for a cheaper price you can get good quality mens 11 aside kits (16 shirts, socks and shorts).

for the away kit, seeing tho we only usually get the usualy 11. we going to have squad numbers, i think that will be superb.

Dont think we need an away kit. Just a couple of quid a game for some equipment i reckon!

How about a couple of quid per game from each player in subs....and a quid per spectator - make it voluntary, just leave an FB tin somewhere handy each match - from what I can make out, you can probably count on at least £2 per game from the FB groupies (Besses and Cheerleader turn up for most games don't they?)

If folk will pay £14 to watch Bury last season, surely they'll pay a quid for the FB team :lol: :lol:

No no no no no!! I have the kit, I have the shorts. I have the technology to peel the number 1 off the 19 to make them the number 9 shorts 8)
