Signed for Mansfield last night. Looked a very good player when on trial here a couple of years back. Would have made an ideal replacement for Nelson (finances permitting !).

They have signed him but only on a short term deal, I think it said three months initially.

Also noticed that Ian Lawson has been released from his trial with York City, could be the end of the road for Lawsy. Pity really cause I never had a problem with him, always thought that when given the chance he gave it his best and he did score some good goals for us. Maybe a clash of personalities, or unable to keep his match fitness, who knows??
