Apart from Mike Read (275 & 285 Radio 1), the Neville brothers (I believe) and Sir Robert Peel, I think we're a bit thin on the ground.
We should try and recruit Victoria Wood. She's ace!

No but I can imagine him at the back of the cemmy!
Looks like a zombie from the dead!
Good to see on that site Rochdale only have Tommy Cannon (Comedian).
Is this correct?
I never thought he was a comedian
What about Fat Cyril?
Is it also correct that Danny Boyle is a Bury fan? Bizarre.
Jimmy Cricket supports Dale too.
The joke that writes itself.

I know we are stetching 'fame' a bit here but Lisa Riley, formerly of emmerdale and also 'you`ve been framed' is a bit of a Bury fan and goes to games when she can,so i hear
Someone asked this question just last week.
I mentioned Steve Berry (from Top Gear) who lives just off Gigg Lane.
The people mentioned on the link that DJAsh put up are:
Danny Boyle - film director (Shallow Grave, 28 Days Later, Trainspotting..)
Mike Reid - DJ
Mark E Smith - the Fall

Bernard Manning is a City fan ain't he?
Yes he is. I had to wait behind him at Maine Road once whilst he tried to free himself from a rather narrow turnstile.
