The new site will launch tomorrow, hopefully around tenish.

The first phase of the new look site is LIVE NOW.

AFter reading several comments about the match action images, I have had a bit of a play and the new look micro site for these is now live

Please take a look and leave your comments on the new look.

Further micro-sites will become live over the next few weeks

One of the issues raised at the AGM was the need to differentiate on the web site between official club statements and articles of a speculative nature.

I've actually created a version that streams a selection of MP3's whilst you browse through the images, but i dont suppose I would be allowed to have that on the net what with copwrite and the rest of it

If the photo site was hosted by premiumtv, would the extra page views on the main site not be beneficial to the club in the way of payments made by pentium?

plus if I was to place those photo's on the new site, they would be half the size they are now

very imprssive new look to the website. Seems to be a little quicker or is that just my imagination. Like the no. and quality of match pics too!! :D

Looks really good. Going to be a joy to use it.

One or two comments though.

1. Can we have the address/telephone number of the club shop?

2. Really really pedantic here - in player profiles it says Nationality: England. Nationality is English (or Scottish, Welsh Irish etc) whereas England would be Country of Birth

3. Any chance of getting Place of Birth in the profile. I'm just nosey and like to know where people come from.

Yes we got that far. But as Oxford Shaker and I said on page 1, the link doesn't work. It says error.

And another thing. When you are on the front page of the official site and you click your "back" button, you are stuck forever on the official site. It won't let you go back to whichever website you were on before.

if you want to read consecutive articles on the main site, you have to come back to the main page to go to the other article.

any chance of bringing back the 'next article' link?

Yes I get those error messages and can't get into any pages but then I come back later and all is fine.........then I come back later and I get error messages....................then I come back later :cry:

Being another pedant can someone update the Commercial link to at least be up to date - the info in there is for the season 2000 / 2001!
