I realise that my suggestion might raise an eyebrow or three and be cause for controversy. But does anyone else, apart from me, think the Manny Road End would be better suited as the 'home' end? I often see visiting supporters, few in number, outshouting our lads in the Cemmy End. I watch the Cemmy Enders ... hands clapping .... obviously singing ... and it all being lost in the ether due to rank bad accoustics. The Manny Road End, traditionally, was always good for 'bouncing' and the Cemmy End better for chanting. But it seems the louder of the two ends now is deffinitely the Manny Road End. Is it worth changing? Or am I just whistling in the Cemmy End?

While I'm on .... are there coaches going to Tranmere? I'm coming over with my son that morning for the match and I want to make arrangements in advance to get there. 8)

I agree with you, but we went through this last year to no avail. I think we are on a loser :(

I agree also, but it will be next season at the earliest IF anything was to happen. I would like to see it where the gates where open through the match and you could float between the south stand and the manny road end. Maybe albert will listen, he is meant to be bringing fresh ideas.

I think the aucustics are better in the Manny Road end but if we moved there we are disadvantaged with not being able to see the scoreboard and having poles impeding your view which i do not want to go back to.

The ground's safety licence does not allow any movement between sections or stands before or during the match.

Maybe screening off the open side of the Cemi End will keep more of the sound in and thus boost the atmosphere?

Yes, this has come up lots of times before. I sit in the middle of the South Stand and you can hear a handful of away supporters way over and above a reasonably full cemmy end. This situation will get worse if the family stand goes back to the old B stand. Who was responsible for that decision? I can see the noise and atmosphere being even more in favour of our opponents next season. Surely we should be arranging things so we get some advantage!! Come on Albert, let's do summat.
