When the F.A do their preliminary coaching badge around the area?

and any contact information about referee courses?

Lancashire FA run the 1st 4 sport level, the old Junior Team Managers award, the old preliminary badge quite regularly at the county ground in leyland. As far as i know they do not do it locally. Bury councils's sports development unit does it though and it was supposed to take place this and next weekend at Phillips High School but it was cancelled. The referee's courses are run by Lancashire FA in partnership with the Bury Ref's society and tend to take place in Radcliffe. They tend to run October/November/December time of year. I have got your e-mail address so i will e-mail you whenthey arrange the next level1 and refs course but are unlikely to be arranged for a while.

If Lancaster is too far - try Manchester FA in Chorlton as well.

Just did my Level 2 with them and it was really good.

Best bet is to ring them and check when courses are on.
